THURSDAY 20 SEPTEMBER Voyages Film Festival in association with Herts and Beds Cinema Club Cinema owner and amateur pilot Michael Smith discovered the delights and perils of true adventure in a solo circumnavigation in his tiny amphibious flying boat, Southern Sun. This is only the fifth time his film has been shown in public in the UK. The screening will be followed by a guest speaker - Jim Nisbet, solo round-the-world flyer. After the screening of the acclaimed film - starring Eminem, and partly based on his real life - the rapper Blade, born in Iran and raised in Britain, will talk about his journey through life and hip-hop, including his experiences touring with Eminem.
