An exhibition celebrating the artwork of Royston’s school pupils plus a trail of objects to take you around the world without even leaving the museum. (On Saturday there will also be a chance to join in a family fun craft activity to make your very own small world souvenir to take home.)

Royston Arts Society is a thriving group of over 100 local people who regularly meet to paint, watch artist demonstrations and socialise. The highlight of their year is this premier art exhibition. Vote for your favourite picture, sponsored by Johnson Matthey, and see our special display of paintings on this year’s festival theme. Light refreshments will be available (all proceeds donated to the MacMillan Cancer Support Biggest Coffee Morning in the World!)

2013 Programme: Priory QuiltersPriory Quilters
Patchwork and Quilting Exhibition

Priory Quilters will be exhibiting quilts made by their members and will include various size quilts from large to miniature.  Items will be available to purchase throughout the weekend and a quilt will be raffled in aid of the British Uveitis Society.

2013 Programme: RPSRoyston Photographic Society
Photographic Exhibition

Come and see an impressive exhibition of members’ photographic images. The Society will also be running the Face of Royston again this year, taking a snapshot of people visiting the town on Saturday. So if someone asks to take your photo, just say ‘Yes’! These images will be on display throughout the weekend.
