The Cann Twins
in Concert
Acclaimed by The Gulf Times for “Breathtaking brilliance, fluency and precision coupled with uncanny telepathic co-ordination”, Claire and Antoinette Cann have performed across the world and taken part in the International Series at the Royal Festival Hall.
The programme includes the premiere of the Gaudété Suite: a piece especially composed by Michael Elliott to the celebrate the 850th anniversary of the Augustinian Priory in Royston.
Three CDs are available on the Apollo label: Fantasy, Reflection and La Danse. These recordings have won top awards, including Gramophone ‘Critic’s Choice’, Classic FM ‘Critic’s Choice’, HMV ‘Best 49 CDs’ and a rosette in the ‘Penguin Guide to Compact Discs’.
