| Megson Support: Melody CaustonSimply brilliant! – The Sunday Express  Megson return to play their home-turf after a brilliant performance in the 2012 festival. Combining the talents of northerners Stu Hanna and Debbie Hanna, the duo have six albums to their name and are hot property on the British folk and roots scene.
Three times nominated in the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards and winners of three Spiral Earth Awards the husband and wife duo originally hail from Teesside (and now reside in Melbourn) and draw heavily on this heritage to create their unique brand of folk music. Their infectious sound is a mix of heavenly vocals, lush harmonies and driving rhythmic guitars and mandolas.
Royston’s own Melody Causton is an aspiring singer-songwriter. In 2013 she won the NMG Award in Cambridge. She is currently studying at The Institute of Contemporary Music Performance in London.
