SUBMIT AN EVENT

The following information applies to 2023 and has been left available for information purposes for anyone considering organising a festival event in 2024. It will be updated for 2024 when the submissions process is ready to launch.

By submitting your event you agree to the Event Organiser’s Conditions as shown on the Organise An Event page. Please make sure that you have read that page before completing the form below. You may also wish to save a copy of this page before you click on the ‘submit’ button.

Please also email any (high resolution) photos, with a clear description and any attributable copyright, together with any logos that you are able to supply at this time for the programme and website,  to submissions@creativeroyston.org with a copy to marketing@creativeroyston.org .

If you experience difficulty with the submission form below please  answer the same questions in either the Word or the pdf file that you can download by clicking on one of the versions below. Then email to submissions@creativeroyston.org with a copy to marketing@creativeroyston.org remembering to include any photos or logos that you can.  Word version  pdf version
