On Sunday 1st March Royston Town Council and Creative Royston (Royston Arts Festival) are joining together to say WELCOME TO ROYSTON! If you want to find out what’s going on in Royston in the way of Sport, Arts, Crafts and ‘leisure’ activities across the board for all the family, then make sure you are free between 11am and 3pm on that Sunday to visit the Town Hall and speak to a wide range of local groups engaged in such activities. From amateur dramatics, painting and photography for adults, to youth football, guiding and BMX for the younger members of the family, you will find someone to tell you all you need to know about whichever activity you are interested in from those listed at the end of this page.
Take this opportunity to engage with your local community, including local town councillors who will be on hand to support this event. Entry will be FREE and there will also be FREE refreshments provided courtesy of Tesco; a FREE raffle with lots of prizes drawn every hour; FREE face painting, and several other FREE entertainments, including interactions and photo opportunities with Princess and Spiderman characters. Royston Radio will provide some music so just come along for a coffee and a bit of FUN if you wish!
